IGERT Story

IGERT Trainees Blog in Greenland

Description

Students and professors from the University of Kansas C-CHANGE (Climate Change, Humans, and Nature in the Global Environment) Program departed June 1st for a nine-day excursion to Greenland, where they investigated first-hand the impact of climate change on Earth’s biology, ecology and social systems.

The group of 11 PhD students in geoscience, bioscience, social science, and engineering took the opportunity to blog about their experiences. You can find the blog here: http://ireswb.cc.ku.edu/~crgc/cgi-bin/blog/. You’ll find the blog lively and filled with lovely pictures. Just click on “Greenland” in the sidebar under “Categories” and enjoy!

Cheers,
