Assessing cell behavior of crab neurons

Rachel Grashow used the dynamic clamp to construct two cell networks from crab neurons and assessed their behavior as a consequence of the synaptic and intrinsic conductances in control saline and in serotonin. This gave insight into how neuromodulation can be stable despite considerable variation in underlying conductances.
