Achievement

Ms. Kristy Jost participated in various education and outreach programs. She presented to NSF Research Experience for Teachers participants on energy storage devices and her research on flexible supercapacitors. She also led a group activity during the 2012 Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day at Drexel University, where she taught girls about her interdisciplinary research titled "Fashionable Technology" and assisted them in making girl scout patches that incorporated conductive thread and LED lights.
