Achievement

Our university's policies regarding collaborative dissertation chapters has been ambiguous. We have partnered with another UC Davis IGERT program (Responding to Rapid Environmental Change) to request clarification of these policies. As a result, our campus' graduate council now is considering a new policy that will allow publications resulting from student collaborative projects to be used by all students involved, with approval of the dissertation committee.
