Reading group on cultural diversity

Jenna Bednar and Scott Page convened a bi weekly reading group with five students and faculty members to discuss formal models of cultural diversity. These students come from multiple disciplines. Each week we read one book or paper and discussed student research projects. This working group will continue in the fall and beyond the life of the IGERT grant. It gives students an opportunity to workshop their research and to get feedback from a diverse set of faculty and fellow students.
