Achievement

Abigail Anthony, an early trainee in our IGERT, has proven to be an excellent spokesperson for the effectiveness of multidisciplinary graduate training. She was invited to serve as a panelist/presenter at the "Sustainability" IGERT conference in the fall of 2009. She has also been invited to serve as a panelist/presenter at the NSF all-IGERT conference in May 2010. That Dr. Anthony continues to be sought as a speaker in such events is peer confirmation of the quality of her IGERT training outcome.
