Core course altered based on feedback

The core course in Biological Neural Computation had two tracks: a full three credit option for those who wanted to design their own independent project, and a one credit option for those new to math and who wanted only to survey the topics within computational neuroscience. We received feedback from the older students in the program that, in hindsight, they would have preferred a more hands-on, in-depth training in computational neuroscience. In response the coursemaster, Kurt Thoroughman, instituted a two-credit option within which students would study and model classic models directed by Dr. Thoroughman.
