New phosphors for solid state white lighting
Saturation Recovery NMR Experiment
27Al NMR of Y3Al5O12:Ce. The peak near 0 ppm corresponds to the majority of octahedral Al species in the structure. The smaller peak near -15 ppm corresponds to those octahedral Al that are proximal to Ce3+. This is the peak that appears early on, unlike the stronger peak that takes a longer time to appear.
