Another example of a fishing area divided by a natural boundary. The landowner proscribes fishing in the north (far) area, and invites tourists to snorkel there. The south (near) side is open to fishing. He reports that this strategy has significantly increased the overall fish and shellfish population in the area, and he refuses to comply with the state environmental agents’ directives to place a taboo on the entire fishing area.
